What Type of Work Will I Be Doing?
In a nutshell – As a Senior Consultant on our team in Calgary you’ll be utilizing your solid HR experience (15 + years) to work with primarily small-medium sized organizations, supporting them to attract and retain the talent they need in today’s complex work environment. Supporting at both a strategic and operational level, you’ll be their outsourced HR partner, working with clients across diverse sectors on all aspects of people planning and implementation of HR programs & processes.

With Senior Consultants reporting directly to the President of our company (ME!) you’ll have the best manager in the world J Honestly though, my management style would be the right fit for a hard working, self sufficient professional who has a “make hay when the sun shines” approach to work and will appreciate taking Friday afternoons off as much as I do if the work is done. I’m hands off and trust that the Consultants we hire are exceedingly capable of taking a project and running with it, managing the client as required and doing an incredible job, resulting in continued work and positive feedback .
