Through 9 years of her professional HR experience with the world’s largest global restaurant company, she passionately worked with anyone from global executives, to franchisees, to restaurant employees. Her foundational belief as a HR professional is when understanding the core of a business, any business, it is then that HR can truly partner with drive a results-focused strategy.
She has proven success with designing and facilitating leadership development programs that not only build executive awareness and improve coaching capabilities but also drive improvements in overall business results. She has spent years in her career leading employee engagement surveys, analysis, feedback & action plans which maximize engagement results through creative strategies and wellness platforms to drive employee output. Her experience in managing & improving the performance management processes in organizations has lead to leading enhancements to programs, coaching & aligning senior leaders, improving employment equity, and boosting employee retention & development.
