Jill is a Certified Human Resources Leader and a seasoned, bilingual HR Consultant  with over 20 years experience working with Senior Management and their teams. A versatile HR professional, Jill is committed to providing expert senior level HR advice and guidance in the development and execution of HR strategies and in resolving complex Human Resources issues. She has worked with federal employers, academia, private industry and non-profit organizations. At senior management tables, Jill has collaborated with leaders to define innovative HR strategies and to facilitate implementation of employee engagement, organizational effectiveness and effective change management initiatives. She has also developed corporate programs for onboarding, leadership development, performance management, mentorship, employee engagement, and employee wellness. Jill has her B.A. with first class honours in Psychology, and a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, a field of applied Human Resource Management.
