Holding a Bachelor’s degree in both Arts and Education and a certificate in Human Resources Management, Venesa brings to the Salopek team extensive experience in aligning HR strategies with organizational vision. With highly developed business acumen (she is also a small business owner) and superior interpersonal skills, Venesa’s strengths include strategic planning, policies and procedures, employee relations, learning and development, change management and recruitment and selection. Venesa has experience in a variety of industries including oil & gas, non-profit and education. Venesa has also spent the last 5 years as a volunteer Patient Advisor for Alberta Health Services.
